This matter came before the Court on October 4, 2024 Justice Jeffrey Lanphear presiding, on the Plaintiff’s Petition for Temporary Restraining Order. After conference with arguments made by counsel for Plaintiff and Defendants, over the objection of Defendants, thereon, it is hereby:
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED
a. Defendants shall cease and desist from all installation activity such that Defendants are prevented from installing the artificial turf until such time as this matter has been scheduled for hearing on preliminary injunction.
b. The temporary restraining order will expire after hearing on the preliminary injunction which has been scheduled for October 15, 2024 at 9:30am.
